CADCI is a global construction player in Côte d'Ivoire. We are involved in the construction of industrial, public, commercial and residential buildings.
Designing, building, fitting out and renovating are our areas of expertise. Our professionalism is based on a team of experts bringing together several trades (Carpenter, mason, plumber, electricians, painters, etc.) in order to be able to adapt to the specific characters of each construction work and thus respond to each request. .

LAND DEVELOPMENT
CADCI is a developer approved by the state which studies the possibilities of dividing up land with the aim of developing serviced plots in order to sell them in batches.
Our know-how in the field of land development allows any purchaser to be the owner of materially habitable land, that is to say, land that has undergone the necessary work to connect it to all the services inherent in construction, namely electricity, water, gas, sanitation and even telephone networks.
We aim to contribute to urban planning by linking the fields of architecture and planning to better organize spaces taking into account the characteristics of cities and the community environment.
ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN
CADCI has a team of architects and interior designers to design projects adapted to each client and develop functional, aesthetic and
comfortable by playing with volumes, light, furniture and materials, while taking into account technical and budgetary constraints.
We supervise all the stages of a project from its conception (feasibility study, preliminary draft and first sketches) to its realization (drawing of the execution plans, building permit, monitoring of the site with the various craftsmen... ).
Imagining, developing and materializing an architectural creation is a challenge and an adventure unique to each project.
REAL ESTATE PROMOTIONS
CADCI is an expert in setting up real estate projects. As project owners, we direct the operations from design to delivery, including marketing.

CAD-CI: Construction Aménagement Décoration – Commerce International is a limited liability company (SARL), established for twenty years in Côte d'Ivoire with a competent and dynamic team.
Our field of activity covers 4 areas of expertise which are:

The know-how, the experience in the field and the control of the construction allow CAD-CI the realization of any type of building as well for private projects as public.

Our vision is to contribute to the development of the urban fabric by offering

It is for these reasons that since 2013 CADCI has been chosen and approved by the Ministry of Construction, Housing, Sanitation and Urban Planning (MCLAU), to participate in the Presidential Program for social housing; economic and of standing. Our real estate promotion "MODESTE" residences is in progress.
At the same time, CADCI is also an import/export company for materials, equipment and construction machinery of quality and meeting international standards.
